Ever wonder how your business stacks up against other competitors online? With Benchmark in Buzz Monitor, you can add a list of competitors and view their statistics across the same sites.

How it works:
Go to the Benchmark tab under Buzz Monitor and click Add a Competitor. Next, enter the name and location of the competitor to search the system for the business profile. If it is not found, you will need to add the business. If it is found, follow the buzz monitor setup options to connect the appropriate sites to the business. It might have already been done for you, in which case, it will instantly load in Benchmarks. Once you have added a competitor, it will stay in Benchmarks until you remove it. You can access Benchmarks at any time to see how you stack up.
