Existing customers, followers and fans can be the best supporters for your business. A Birthday Offer gives you the opportunity to reward them and entice them to come back. You can create and activate a birthday certificate and PromoterBee will automate the distribution of the certificates on or around these customers' birthdays.

How it works:

From the Dashboard, you can create a birthday offer by clicking “Create Offer.” The system will display the number of contacts that are eligible to receive the offer. You can add a Headline, Description and Limitations to your Offer. You will also be able to define how many days before the contact's birthday the offer is sent and how long it is valid.

Once your offer is created, PromoterBee will distribute the offer by email to the appropriate contacts automatically at the times you have defined. Each user will be able to “claim” the offer if they like it, and then they will have the ability to “redeem” it at any time during the valid period. Each certificate will have a unique valid period based on the birth date of the contact who received it.

If you do not have any contacts in PromoterBee yet, you can import your email subscriber list with birth dates. If you do not have an email subscriber list with birth dates, you can begin building one by adding an Email Subscriber List form to your website using Web Tools in PromoterBee.
